About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Integrity Solve website at integritysolve.com. By using this site you accept them. Integrity Solve Pty Ltd (ACN 690 592 904, ABN 11 690 592 904) operates this website.

Information only, not advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, investigative, financial or professional advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Integrity Solve is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing here creates a client relationship — that arises only under a signed letter of engagement. You should obtain your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

No engagement until agreed in writing

Contacting us, submitting an enquiry form or booking a call does not create an engagement, and does not oblige us to act for you. We may decline any matter. An engagement begins only when a letter of engagement has been signed and the commencement invoice paid.

Confidentiality of enquiries

We treat enquiries as confidential and disclose them only to people you authorise or where the law requires it. But please do not send sensitive or privileged material through this website before we have agreed to act — an unencrypted web form is not a secure channel, and material sent before engagement is not covered by any confidentiality obligation we owe a client.

Fees and published pricing

Fees shown on this site are indicative and current at the date above. The fees that apply to your matter are the ones in your signed letter of engagement. We may change published fees at any time; a change does not vary fees already agreed for an existing matter.

Accuracy

We take care with what we publish, but we do not warrant that this site is complete, current or error-free. Commentary about legislation, regulation and case outcomes reflects our understanding at the time of writing and may date. Always check the current position before relying on it.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party sites, including our partner True Comply and external booking and scheduling tools. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and logos on this site are owned by or licensed to Integrity Solve and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of this site without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Integrity Solve excludes liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of resupply.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
