A firm built around evidence.
Integrity Solve brings together investigators, forensic specialists and governance advisers — so the standard of the work never depends on a single pair of hands.
Sitting between what is alleged and what can be proven.
We were built to sit in the difficult space between what is alleged and what can be proven. Our work combines frontline investigative experience with the governance perspective boards and executives rely on. Every matter is scoped deliberately, evidenced carefully, and reported in a form you can act on.

Daniel Baulch — Founder and Managing Director
"I founded Integrity Solve to bring frontline investigative experience together with executive-level governance insight — and to build a practice that could carry that standard beyond any one person. Today the firm draws on investigators, digital forensic specialists and governance advisers, so clients get depth and continuity rather than a single point of dependence."
Twenty-five years leading integrity, investigations, risk and compliance functions across policing, regulation and anti-corruption.
Daniel was the inaugural Deputy Commissioner (Operations & Technical Services) at Papua New Guinea's Independent Commission Against Corruption, where he built the investigation, intelligence and legal capability from a low base and grew the operating budget from roughly AUD 4 million to AUD 30 million.
At Victoria Police he led a 70-person division in Professional Standards Command, where he introduced the Serious Corruption Investigation Team. Earlier, as Division Leader of Risk and Assurance, he designed and embedded the organisation's enterprise risk management framework to ISO 31000 across all 27 commands.
He has led State Investigations at WorkSafe Victoria across four investigation teams, and built the Victorian Electoral Commission's electoral compliance function — policy framework, team and regulatory approach statement — from scratch.
He leads every ongoing engagement personally and works alongside your legal representatives, so findings and evidence can be acted on.

And the people behind him.
Integrity Solve is not one person with a laptop. Around the practice we have assembled a network of specialists and partner firms — former executives from business and risk management, and senior practitioners from government and law enforcement.
That means the right expertise is brought to your matter: forensic accounting, digital forensics, employment and workplace relations, regulatory and compliance through our partner network, and security and physical risk. You deal with one point of contact, and we bring in who is needed.
