The programme
What it costs.
From $2,500 + GST
per calendar month
The entry-level programme starts at $2,500 + GST per calendar month. Programmes are scoped to the size, complexity and risk profile of your business, and priced at the discovery stage. 12-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days notice. Invoiced monthly in advance.
What it covers
- The named integrity lead.
- Confidential reporting channel.
- Triage within one business day.
- 5 investigation hours included each month in the entry-level programme.
- Quarterly controls review.
- Annual integrity risk assessment.
- Your policy environment, maintained and formally reviewed annually.
- Quarterly manager briefing.
Included hours
- The entry-level programme includes 5 investigation hours each month. Larger programmes include a greater allocation, agreed at scoping. Unused hours do not carry over.
Work beyond the included hours
- Larger investigations are scoped and quoted in advance, before any work begins.
Disbursements
- Third-party costs are charged at cost, and agreed in advance where material.
Payment terms
- Invoices are payable within 14 days.
- Services may be paused if an account falls materially overdue.
No guarantee of outcome
- We cannot guarantee a result. What we guarantee is that we work as hard as we lawfully can to find the evidence that fairly supports your objective.
Rate reviews
- Rates are reviewed annually and any change is notified in writing before it applies. A review does not vary a programme already agreed for its initial term.
